Hi Racquelle, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Thank you so much for having me.

My journey has been filled with many highs and lows, but every challenge has shaped who I am today. I started my career in human resources, but I always had an entrepreneurial spirit. This led me to create Purpose Partner Solutions, a consulting firm, and Coretha’s Closet, a boutique named in honor of my grandmother.

My journey took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with cancer at 24. This battle was one of the hardest times of my life, but it also revealed my deeper purpose. I’ve documented this journey in my book, *From Cancer to Purpose*, where I share my story and the lessons I’ve learned.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story. Has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what challenges have you had to overcome?
It’s definitely been a rocky road. During my junior year at Winston-Salem State University, I lost my grandfather and father within six months of each other. A year later, my grandmother was diagnosed with kidney disease.

Then, just as I was coming to terms with my own cancer diagnosis, I faced another heartbreak: I became pregnant with a child doctors said I couldn’t have, only to lose my uncle to cancer three weeks before giving birth. These challenges tested my strength and faith and taught me resilience. I’ve learned that while the path may be difficult, persistence and faith can guide you through anything.

Beyond my businesses, I strive to inspire others. My consulting firm, Purpose Partner Solutions, is dedicated to helping individuals and businesses achieve their goals through strategic planning and personal development.

Coretha’s Closet is not just a boutique; it’s a tribute to my grandmother’s legacy and a space where women can feel empowered through fashion. Additionally, my book, *From Cancer to Purpose*, is a heartfelt narrative that I hope will offer hope and guidance to others facing their own battles.

What changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?

Happiness comes from living a life of purpose and staying true to my values. My faith in Jesus and the support I’ve found through therapy have been crucial in my journey.

I’m inspired by women who live a Godly lifestyle, manage their businesses, love their families, and continue to push forward despite adversity. Seeing the positive impact my work has on others and spending time with my loved ones bring me immense joy.
