Transitioning into a full-time role as a broker, I leveraged my extensive network and sphere of influence to build and grow my business from the ground up.
Through dedication and a commitment to excellence, I’ve been fortunate to achieve top producer status within my field. I now serve as a Director for the Durham Regional Asssociation of RealtorsThis journey has been incredibly rewarding, allowing me to help numerous clients achieve their real estate goals while gaining recognition, such as being featured in prestigious publications like The New York Times.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Absolutely not!!. My journey in real estate has been filled with both successes and hurdles. One of the significant challenges I’ve faced is navigating a shifting market , where trends and demands can be as unpredictable as the weather. Low inventory levels have often posed challenges, making it difficult to match buyers with suitable properties. Moreover, the persistent issue of rising home prices and the lack of affordable housing options have been ongoing obstacles that require creative solutions and diligent effort.

My business revolves around being a full-time real estate broker, and I take great pride in offering a comprehensive range of services. I specialize in resale properties, navigating the complexities of new construction, and working closely with developers to bring new projects to fruition.
