Hi Mike, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
In 2018, I began my journey in barbering by enrolling in barber school, which took two years to complete as I was balancing it with a full-time job. Upon graduating, I strategically surrounded myself with experienced barbers who have been in the industry for years. Over the past three years, I have actively networked within the community and have successfully built a strong reputation for myself.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The challenge was in building my clientele and developing effective marketing strategies for myself.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am a versatile barber with a specialization in beard sculpting. I’m recognized for my ability to transform hairstyles to complement each client’s facial structure. What I value most in my work is the connection I build with my clients, which goes beyond just providing barbering services. Additionally, I take pride in the opportunity to travel and share my knowledge with others in the industry. What sets me apart is my strong interpersonal skills, enabling me to effectively communicate not only with my clients but with anyone I encounter..

We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
To me, success is seeing my clients leave feeling confident and satisfied with their experience.
