I founded Mystic Feminine Fertility after an intense personal journey into women’s health. At 18, I got pregnant while using an IUD, which shook my trust in hormonal birth control. The experience was deeply emotional and opened my eyes to the limitations and potential risks of conventional birth control methods. This marked the beginning of my exploration into natural, effective alternatives.

As I dove into fertility awareness, I knew I needed a method that was not only natural but also science-backed and reliable. This journey led me to the Justisse Method of fertility awareness, a powerful tool that helped me—and now, my clients—understand and work with our cycles rather than suppress them. Alongside my studies in holistic health and yoga, I built Mystic Feminine Fertility as a space where women could access both the wisdom of ancient practices and the assurance of science-backed fertility care.

Today, I guide women through their own journeys, helping them heal painful cycles, enhance fertility, and connect with their inner cycles. My approach merges practical tools like cycle tracking, at-home hormone monitoring, and yoni steaming with community support and education. Mystic Feminine Fertility has become a holistic resource for women seeking empowerment through natural fertility awareness and preconception practices.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Building Mystic Feminine Fertility has been a fulfilling journey, but it’s definitely come with its share of challenges. One of the biggest hurdles was transforming my passion for women’s health into a profitable, sustainable business. I wanted to offer a space where women could access science-backed fertility support, but translating that vision into a business that’s both impactful and financially viable took a lot of trial and error.

Another challenge has been working in a healthcare-adjacent field, especially when dealing with complex fertility challenges my clients face. Navigating the limitations of what I can offer while ensuring clients still receive comprehensive care has required creativity and careful boundaries. It’s a balance between providing support and knowing when to encourage clients to seek additional healthcare resources.

Ultimately, these challenges have made Mystic Feminine Fertility a richer, more resilient offering, but getting here has definitely been a winding road.

What was your favorite childhood memory?
I’ve always loved the ocean and grew up on the coast of Southern California. My favorite childhood memories are at the beach – collections of moments of discovering the beauty of the natural world, the strength and resiliency of my body, and adventure. The waves of the pacific ocean have been some of my greatest teachers.
