Waleed, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started this business with my best friend from my childhood, Beker. He’d always wanted to start a business, and we both knew we had the drive and determination to make it successful. It all began on my couch, where we sketched out a business plan and set both short and long-term goals for the RDU Pressure Pros.

We share a strong work ethic and drive for perfection. Beker had experience with pressure washing and recognized a real demand for this service in our area. We began small, spending the next year building the foundation of our business. We set up our LLC, a Google My Business profile, designed our website from scratch, and established our presence on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Today, our business is well-recognized in the community, proudly serving both residential and commercial clients. Our commitment to quality shines through in every project we take on, reflected in the reviews and support from our satisfied customers. We stay consistent and dedicated, meeting weekly -often more frequently- to upgrade our equipment, refine our techniques, and deepen our expertise. Looking back, it’s incredible to see how far we have come from that first conversation on the couch to the successful business we run today.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has not been a smooth road. We have faced our fair share of challenges, from dealing with equipment breakdowns on the job to learning how to repair, improve, and eventually replace our equipment with better options. Each challenge taught us something valuable, especially when it came to adapting quickly and keeping operations running. When clients requested services we hadn’t encountered before we did not shy away; we took it as an opportunity to learn and grow.

I owe a lot to my friend Beker, who constantly took the initiative to research and come back with new methods for us to try. His dedication to learning helped us not only improve our craft but also build the confidence to handle any request our clients bring our way.

These challenges have truly sharpened us, strengthening our skills and resilience. Looking back, we’re grateful for every hurdle – it has made us better equipped, more adaptable, and ultimately, more capable of meeting our clients’ needs. Without those hard-earned lessons, we wouldn’t be where we are today.

What makes us happy is seeing the relief and satisfaction on our clients’ faces when the job is done, whether it’s a quick task or something more extensive. Knowing that we’ve helped them get their property ready for a special event, a gathering, or just to give it a fresh look brings us a great sense of accomplishment. When clients share how happy they are with our work, it fills us with immense pride and reminds us why we started this business in the first place. It rekindles that initial spark we had to showcase our talent and dedication—something that continues to drive us every day.
