Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I was always in growth mode. When we moved here, we knew not one soul. We just knocked on doors, made 50 contacts per day and hustled our way through the growth. We got down to 5k in our bank account and almost needed to move back to MI and move in with family but we broke through and got a couple great clients and were able to sell 40 homes after that.

Growth is scary and it’s not fun but it’s necessary when your goal is big enough.
