Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I have celiac disease, and my journey with gluten-free baking started in the third grade when I was diagnosed. Growing up, I often felt left out when it came to food—gluten-free options were either disappointing or too expensive. That experience fueled my passion for baking, and over the years, I became determined to create gluten-free treats that are just as delicious as their traditional counterparts. Daily Sprinkles was born out of that love for sharing high-quality, handcrafted baked goods with the gluten-free community. Whether it’s dipped sweets or artisan sourdough, my goal is to make sure no one feels left out at the table.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, it hasn’t been a smooth road. Building Daily Sprinkles while raising three kids under four has been a challenge in itself—juggling nap times with dough rising and baking in the quiet hours of the night. On top of that, being a military spouse comes with its own obstacles, from constant moves to navigating deployments alone. There have been moments of exhaustion and doubt, but my passion for creating high-quality gluten-free treats and serving this community keeps me going. Every challenge has only strengthened my commitment to making sure no one feels left out when it comes to good food.

Daily Sprinkles is a gluten-free microbakery dedicated to creating high-quality, handcrafted baked goods that don’t compromise on taste or texture. What started with dipped treats has grown into a passion for artisan gluten-free sourdough and specialty desserts. Every product is made with care, using thoughtful ingredients and methods to ensure a truly delicious experience for the gluten-free community.

What sets us apart is our commitment to accessibility—gluten-free food shouldn’t be an expensive luxury, and I work hard to keep my pricing fair while maintaining the highest quality. I take pride in every loaf of sourdough, every batch of bagels, and every treat I create because I know how much it means to have safe, delicious options. My goal is to make sure no one with celiac disease or a gluten intolerance ever feels left out at the table.

At its core, Daily Sprinkles is more than a bakery—it’s a brand built on inclusivity, passion, and the belief that gluten-free should be just as good (if not better!) than traditional baked goods. Whether it’s for a daily breakfast, a special occasion, or simply a treat to enjoy, I want my customers to feel the love and dedication that goes into every bite.

What matters most to you? Why?
Community matters most to me. Having celiac disease, I know firsthand how isolating food restrictions can feel. That’s why I built Daily Sprinkles—not just to bake gluten-free treats, but to create a space where people feel seen, included, and cared for. Food is such a big part of our lives, from daily routines to celebrations, and everyone deserves to enjoy it without worry.

Beyond just offering high-quality, gluten-free baked goods, I want to make them accessible. Too often, gluten-free options are either overpriced or disappointing, and I refuse to accept that as the norm. I believe in fairness—fair pricing, fair access, and a fair chance for those with dietary restrictions to enjoy amazing food.

Every message from a customer saying they finally found a bread they love or that their child with celiac disease feels included at the table fuels my passion. My goal isn’t just to run a bakery; it’s to serve a community that deserves better and to make sure no one has to settle when it comes to good food.
