Today we’d like to introduce you to Bethany Staggers

Hi Bethany, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I came to the US from the uk to start my life with my husband who’s in the military, I had no qualifications which the us recognized so I had to start a fresh here. I’ve been here 3.5 years, started my lash business twice, once in Hawaii and another in NC. I managed to get full time work from lashing 5 days per week, 5/6 clients per day. I’m now looking for commercial property to have a store front

I’ve been in business since 2016 in general and love working for myself. I have no degree and have started from the ground up on several occasions and make the best of it.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It’s not been a smooth road at all, I’ve had to adapt to new life/new cultures but I’m happy

People have been wonderful to me and I’m so grateful to everyone I interact with

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I work in the beauty industry, I do mainly lash extensions and work with all ethnicities and diversity’s. I’m looking to teach my craft and create my own brand, I truly love what I do, and just want to give back
