Check Out Donna Casto and Dyanna Dwyer’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Donna Casto and Dyanna Dwyer

Hi Donna and Dyanna, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
We discovered a passion for adult coloring books, which inspired us to create our own art work and color them. It was our friends’s birthday, and we wanted to do something special. We scanned one of our peacock colorings and sublimated it on to a 9×12 canvas. We then embellished it with buttons and gems to create a 3D effect. She was thrilled, and we decided to create more for our family and friends as gifts. They encouraged us to sell them on the market place, and we experienced significant success. This lead us to participate in craft vendor events, where we received numerous orders for custom pieces, ultimately turning our hobby into a successful small business.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
For the most part, it’s been a smooth road once we determined which products were most effective. The primary challenge, which still exists, is how to effectively market our creations.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
Our unique selling point is a rare craft and our imaginative whimsical designs. Our collaborative efforts and tireless work ethic have yielded Remarkable success for our small business, and remain committed to providing our clients with outstanding service.

We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
We have fond memories of coloring and learning with our father, who instilled in us the skills necessary to succeed in our business.
