Hi Micheal, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Unexpectedly Moving to Charlotte after finishing Culinary School. I got my first Job at the Omini hotel in uptown. I found myself moving to Job to job trying to find what really fits me but unfortunately I did not. I started selling wing plates. I held Tasting to get my name out there in 2019. COVID happened believe it or not that’s when things started to take off for me. Cooking for NBA/NFL Clients. Flying across the county to cook for individuals. Here i am Stilling continuing my journey !
