Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Meet Chef Sujitra: Royal thai culinary school from the heart of Thailand. Born in Buriram and raised in Bangkok, Sujitra s passion for cooking ignited at a young age as she watched her mother prepare traditional Thai dishes with love and precision. Inspired by these childhood memories, Sujitra embarked on a journey of her knowledge and helped a friend open a Thai restaurant in Australia for serval years before she moved to USA with her sister Sudajit who previously owned at Thai Spice and now has Boonchoo Thai in Flat Rock.

With a deep respect for tradition and a flair for innovation, Sujitra s culinary style is a fusion of authentic Thai flavors and modern creativity. i have learn about cooking since the day i can remember and until now still learning. and that why i have passion about food and open the restaurant and want to do bigger in every way i can.
I’m so proud that i know how to cook i know the flavor.
when the food and me see each other we are talking to each other haha like i know you, you know me.
