Today we’d like to introduce you to Latoya Murchison

Hi Latoya , we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
How did I get started that is a very interesting. I began writing after they thought I was having a heartache in 2014. I remember asking the nurse for a bible and she sat it at my feet. Once I was released I started to research different ways to pray to God. Up until that point I really didn’t have a prayer life and I wanted to get closer to God. What started out as a learning something new turned into my first published book. In the past I wrote poetry and shared some online but never officially publish them. Since then I have self-published 13 books which includes short stories, devotionals, and poetry. I am an Amazon Best Selling Author.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The ride has been a little up and down. In writing i had to learn to be vulnerable when sharing different aspects of my life. I have gotten a lot of support from those I love. However, I have had some question why I would share so much about myself with the world. There have been times when sales have slowed down along the way. In the beginning it was a little difficult to build my publishing team because I was not sure who I could trust. Thankfully I have a great time now.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a self-published author who specializes in books that inspires others to keep pushing event through trying times. I am know for wearing my healer on my sleeve, taking care of other and being a true friend. I am most proud of sharing my story with the world. My writing keeps me from being weighted down by the troubles of the world. What sets me apart part from other is I don’t mind sharing my story. It is very therapeutic for me.
