Meet Stacey Paige of Raleigh

Today we’d like to introduce you to Stacey Paige.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My journey has been anything but linear—it’s been full of unexpected twists, deep pain, profound healing, and powerful transformation.

I often say there are two kinds of life-altering events: those that cause trauma, and those that occur when we’re called to make BIG soul-led changes. I’ve had my share of the former, and two of the latter.

Early on, I was living in New York, climbing the career ladder and seemingly doing “all the right things,” at least on paper. But the truth was, I was in survival mode. I was in a cycle of burnout, toxic relationships, and emotional eating, completely disconnected from my body and spirit.

Then one day, my body literally gave out—I didn’t have the strength or energy to get out of bed. Despite many months of endless medical tests, no one could tell me what was wrong. Ultimately my doctors gave up and sent me home with a prognosis that this was my new normal.

Something stirred deep within me.

That breakdown became the beginning of my healing. I turned to yoga, acupuncture, meditation, vibrational nutrition and other spiritual practices—anything that helped me reconnect to myself. Or more accurately actually consciously connect to myself for the first time in my life. Slowly but surely, I healed.

I began moving down the path of my heart: trained to become a yoga teacher, and sharing what I had learned with anyone who could benefit. I felt like I had created a brand-new life for myself.

But healing isn’t a one-time event—it’s a journey. Years later, I found myself facing heartbreak and betrayal in my marriage. It rocked me to my core, and my entire world collapsed. I turned inward again in a quest to discover HOW that had happened. I deepened my studies, completed a four-year spiritual practitioner program, and discovered an entirely new relationship with myself and the Universe.

Today, I’m a spiritual life coach, yoga teacher, sound healer. I help others break through self-limiting beliefs, reconnect to their inner wisdom, and create lives they truly love. Every piece of my story—the pain, the healing, the awakening—led me to this work, and it’s an honor and a privilege to walk alongside others as they transform their pain to power, breakdowns to breakthroughs.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Has it been a smooth road? Not even close. But honestly, I don’t think it’s supposed to be. I’ve come to believe that the messy, uncomfortable—even painful—parts of life are where the real growth happens.

If everything went smoothly, we wouldn’t be pushed to look within, to question old patterns, or to rise into the next version of ourselves. We’d never discover what we’re truly capable of.

The two major life shifts I mentioned earlier each came with their own struggles—but what I’ve realized is that there’s a common thread in every challenge I’ve faced: it was always internal. It was about facing—and ultimately transforming—the self-limiting beliefs I’d taken on about my worth, my value, and what I deserved in relationships, in my body, and in my life. It was about finally feeling and processing all the old pain and emotion I had pushed down into my body, which had been creating dis-ease and dis-harmony for years.

That’s where the deep work has been. Not just surviving the hard moments, but using them as a catalyst for massive growth— an invitation from the Universe to uncover whatever was blocking me from recognizing my true value, power, and potential.

So no, the road hasn’t been smooth—but it’s shaped me in all the best ways. And that’s the choice we all get to make—are we going to let our circumstances define us, or refine us?

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
At the heart of what I do, I help people come home to themselves. I’m a spiritual life coach, yoga teacher, and sound healer, and I specialize in helping others break free from self-limiting beliefs, release old emotional patterns, and reconnect with their intuition, inner power and wisdom—so they can create lives they genuinely love living.

I work with people in a few different ways. Everything I offer is designed to support healing, clarity, and aligned action.

I offer 1:1 coaching for those looking for personalized support as they navigate growth, healing, or big life transitions.

I also have online, self-paced courses that go deep into topics like manifestation, mindset, and emotional healing. They’re designed to be practical and transformative, easily accessible financially, while also feeling really supportive and doable—no overwhelm, just clarity and real results.

Additionally, I host a podcast called Mindful Moments. Each week I release a new Five Minute Fix guided meditation, and I’ve recently added short inspirational talks—kind of like a little pep talk from your higher self. It’s a simple way to bring mindfulness and intention into your everyday life.

Every week, I send out a free newsletter filled with inspiration, gentle reminders, and practices to keep you connected to yourself and your path. And for those who are local, I host a monthly gentle yoga and sound bath event, complete with essential oils and plant based snacks. It’s an integrative journey of self-care that supports people to relax their body, calm their mind, clear stuck energy and activate their natural healing systems.

What sets me apart is that I walk this path right alongside the people I serve. I’ve lived through the healing, the breakdowns, the breakthroughs—and I show up with honesty, heart, and tools that truly work. I’m not here to “fix” anyone. I’m here to help people remember their wholeness and power, and create lives that reflect that.

What do you like and dislike about the city?
What I love most about Raleigh is how connected it feels—to nature, to community, and to the little things that make life special. The trees, the parks, and of course Falls Lake—there’s just something grounding and peaceful about being surrounded by so much natural beauty. My husband and I are out there often with our dogs, and it’s one of our favorite places to reset and recharge.

I also love the strong sense of community here. The way people show up for small businesses, the diversity of people and backgrounds, the dog-friendly spots where you can sit outside with your pup, enjoy a snack and a glass of wine—it all makes Raleigh feel vibrant, welcoming, and full of heart.

If I had to name something I like least, it would be seeing people leave trash behind, especially in the places meant to connect us to nature. My husband and I actually bring garbage bags with us to Falls Lake to pick up what others have left behind. I just think if we all took a little more care with our shared spaces, this city would be even more beautiful than it already is.
