Today we’d like to introduce you to Sydnie Snipes.

Hi Sydnie, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
God’s goodness has shaped my journey. From a young age, I had a passion for design—events, branding, websites, and more. Encouraged by my entrepreneurial father, I pursued it as a career. An internship in Colorado after graduation was pivotal; I discovered a love for social media in graphic design and how it could bring value to brands’ digital presence. When I moved back to Raleigh, Sydnie&Co was born.

By no means is this company a testimony of how great I am, but of how great the Lord is. I remind our team often how humbled and honored we are that these companies choose to work with a small agency like ours when they have the option to work with anyone. It is a big responsibility, and we don’t take it lightly. As the leader, I want to give credit to my Savior, Jesus Christ, where I personally believe it is due.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Nothing worth building doesn’t come with a set of challenges.

One of my biggest early struggles was doing everything on my own. I didn’t want to create a job that left me burnt out and isolated; I wanted to build a company rooted in collaboration and creativity. But in the beginning, wearing every hat was necessary—and exhausting. The creative industry can feel incredibly lonely at times, and I was determined for Sydnie&Co to feel different.

Today, we’re a team of seven, and I’m beyond thankful. My focus has shifted from just building the business to supporting the people who help it grow. Now, the challenge is leading in a way that honors our team, fosters their creativity, and creates a company culture we’re all proud to be part of.

We are a creative marketing agency based in Raleigh, NC, with clients and a team across the nation. We specialize in working with brands and businesses in the social media marketing sector.

Our agency’s focus is heavily on maintaining your brand and tone integrity, organically reaching your niche audience, and providing a long-term strategy that promotes growth and longevity for your business.

What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
Control the controlables. Give it your all, and when you’ve done that, you have to let go and let God work.
