Let’s jump in: What are you being called to do now, that you may have been afraid of before?
Right now I’m being called to fully OWN my cosmic authority and be UNABASHEDLY loud about the life-changing magic I bring to this planet! For too long, I’ve been dimming my light because I was terrified people wouldn’t take me seriously—hello, I’m an astrologer in a world that thinks we’re all crystal-gazing weirdos! I’ve been called stupid, rudely dismissed, and written off by mainstream folks AND by gate-keeping astrologers who can’t handle that I see things differently.

But I recently been embracing that difference is my EDGE—it’s my unique flavor of weird genius fully unleashed!

I spent years afraid to be the disruptor I was born to be, tiptoeing around other people’s comfort zones. But now? I’m REVELING in it! The more I put my hot takes and alternative perspectives out there, the more massive impact I’m making because my flavor is EXACTLY what spiritual entrepreneurs and heart-centered business owners have been starving for.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Laurel—Part Space Oracle. Part Muppet Mentor. Part Quantum Cadet. 100% human experiment here to activate hidden gem healers and aspiring Starborn CEOs!

I help lightworkers, healers, and starseed practitioners connect the dots between their soul’s syllabus and real-world business struggles—why pricing feels scary, boundaries are impossible, and marketing gives you the ICK!

But here’s what makes my story SO juicy: I didn’t start out as some mystical guru with all the answers. I was studying astrology the traditional way, getting my certifications, doing all the “right” things… when 13 years into my studies & 3 years into my professional practice… the universe decided to download a cosmic slab of marble directly into my consciousness.

That download WRECKED me in the most liberating way possible! It set me on this wild journey of deconstructing the entire universe just to put it back together again—and somewhere in all that cosmic chaos and craziness, I may or may not have accidentally reinvented the zodiac wheel! Oopsie!

This flipped EVERYTHING about not just my practice but my entire paradigm of reality on its head. Suddenly I could see patterns and connections that nobody else was talking about—how our birth charts aren’t just personality readings, they’re literal lesson plans and curriculums for honing our spiritual skills and distilling them into soul powered profit!

Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
I absolutely LOVE this question because it’s really a concept that lives at the heart of what I do! I truly believe for many of us, we’re living our adult life in service of the child we once were.

Before the world got its grubby little voice in my ear, I was pure sparkle & shine—a wild little neurodivergent feral hooligan just wanting to have fun, learn, and spread the understanding!

I was that kid who would line up my stuffed animals to “teach them about life”—literally creating my own little classroom where I was the teacher sharing all the mysteries of existence with my plush students! And the icing on the cake is that literally every stuffed animal and Build-A-Bear was named Luna, Stella, Celeste, Nova—because OF COURSE they were!

I was basically running a celestial academy in my bedroom! (Hello, natural-born mentor energy!)

I remember I was probably about 7 years old the first time I looked at a clock and had the thought “wow everyone becomes someone at a specific TIME! I wonder what time I was born!” Like, what 7-year-old thinks about birth times?! But that was me—I could feel the significance of that intel even then before even knowing what astrology WAS!

I was endlessly curious about the mysteries of existence, could feel the energy of rooms, and saw patterns in EVERYTHING. Before the world told me I had to shrink, be “realistic,” and stop being “too much,” I was unapologetically LOUD about my perspectives and trusted my intuition implicitly.

That little cosmic badass is STILL in there—she’s just now got the tools, the language, and the cosmic agency to turn her weird genius into world-changing magic!

The world tried to make me “normal,” but joke’s on them—I was never meant to be!

When did you stop hiding your pain and start using it as power?
Hot dog, WHAT A DELICIOUS QUESTION! This is THE core philosophy that birthed Soul Arc Astrology—and I got all this cosmic intel because I experienced every single bit of it myself!

But here’s the thing—this is a perpetually ongoing process for us all, but especially for those of us who believe wholeheartedly that we’re here to serve a purpose. I actually even have a t-shirt that reads “we must embrace pain and use it as fuel for our journey” because this work NEVER stops!

For YEARS, I was hiding my pain like it was some shameful secret instead of recognizing it as my cosmic credentials. I was treating my trauma like baggage when it was actually my qualification for the work I came here to do.

The most recent time this showed up for me was earlier this summer, in the process of becoming more visible and LOUD about what I do—even though it requires a near constant state of ego death to amplify and magnetize the impact of my service. Like, every time I step into a bigger version of myself, all the old wounds come up for clearing!

I realized the Universe doesn’t hand out random suffering—it gives you EXACTLY what you need to serve your soul and your people at the deepest level. Your circumstances didn’t happen TO you—they happened THROUGH you, and FOR your future clients who desperately need someone who’s walked through that fire and come out transformed.

Here’s the cosmic truth bomb: Your “brokenness” is someone else’s breakthrough! Your scars aren’t shameful—they’re your CREDENTIALS. The people who need you MOST are the ones who’ve walked similar paths. They don’t want some perfectly polished guru who’s never struggled—they want someone who’s been in the trenches and found their way out.

I stopped hiding my sensitivity and started owning it as my COSMIC ANTENNA. I stopped seeing my cyclical nature as inconsistency and started honoring it as my sacred rhythm. I stopped apologizing for my gifts and started romanticizing them like the life-changing magic they are.

Your pain isn’t your weakness—it’s your POWER SOURCE. And that transformation never stops—it just gets more refined every time. ✨

Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What’s a belief you used to hold tightly but now think was naive or wrong?
I used to be one of those spiritual seekers who bought into the BIGGEST load of cosmic BS—that there’s some predetermined fate or destiny controlling everything, that the planets dictate your life, and that “it will be what it will be” so we have no control over what happens to us ultimately.

WRONG, WRONG, WRONG! And honestly? This belief is everywhere in spiritual circles—it’s the sneakiest form of spiritual bypassing. It keeps people disempowered, offloading their accountability, and playing small.

For years, I thought I was just a victim of my chart. Like: “Well, I’ve got challenging relationship placements, so I’m doomed to attract controlling partners forever.” NOPE. That’s not how any of this works.

After more than 13 years baring witness to my own life and my clients: Reality is high-key a co-creative force and responds directly to your awareness! Your free will and perspective aren’t optional accessories. They’re the engine that makes your whole world move.

Your little sliver of reality will ALWAYS reflect back how you’re engaging and internalizing it. The planets don’t control you—they’re cosmic weather reports that show you the energies available to work WITH, not surrender TO.

What I’m doing today is stepping into my niche and authority with CLARITY LIKE NEVER BEFORE, and THAT is going to be a critical, foundational seed for inspiring a whole new way of working with the cosmos.

I always had dreams and this funny little hunch that I was great at “collecting healers” and joked that one day I’d have a whole academy of healers—and I think maybe that was a little cosmic glimmer of what’s actually coming!

What I’m doing NOW is creating a practical methodology that truly bridges “as above, so below.” My work dips into psychology and quantum consciousness studies—it’s SO interdimensional! I’m not just reading star charts, I’m mirroring to people how to work with multiple layers of reality simultaneously.

At this point in time, I’ve chosen to apply my weird genius perspectives to equip the world with more empowered healers who are unafraid to DO THE INVISIBLE WORK & GET FLOODED WITH CLIENTS because of the impact of their transformation.

I even think that my style of working with this modality could give rise to a whole new branch of astrological study! That’s probably me creating a certification program where I teach other practitioners how to bridge these dimensions and help spiritual entrepreneurs activate their cosmic agency for massive impact AND income.

I’m literally redefining what it means to use astrology practically—not just for self-awareness, but as a strategic tool for building embodied empires that honor your cosmic design while working to raise consciousness itself.
