Hi Olivia, thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: What are you most proud of building — that nobody sees?
The personal & professional growth of the team around me.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
For almost two decades, I’ve owned a company that’s applied original thinking, marketing savvy, industry knowledge and graphic design to thousands of brand stories; which I’ m happy to report have produced award-winning results.
As the lead creative, I prefer a relaxed, down-to-earth style of conversation.
By not overcomplicating communication, a foundation of trust quickly emerges, and a bond of trust is formed.
Essentially I am a visual story teller, applying my creative dexterity to each project.
To remain open to possibility, I rely on community engagement to energize me and feed my imagination.
Plus, forming community connections produces- the unexpected!
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
Trust.
Without trust communication breaks down and bonds are broken.
Being authentic really means “self acceptance”- owning & acknowledging both your attributes & flaws.
Showing vulnerability and remaining open to uncomfortable dialogue, real communication occurs.
Pure, authentic moments are easy to identify, because we feel an undeniable connection.
Human connection is necessary to develop & restore trust.
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Life is a short runway. Focus energy and time with people & projects that fill your cup, not empty it.
ONLY YOU can control your happiness.
Frequently, what initially seems catastrophic becomes the catalyst which fuels the momentum necessary to move forward.
Believing in yourself is an unbreakable strength.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What important truth do very few people agree with you on?
People don’t want the truth if it’s uncomfortable.
However, we learn more about ourselves, our resiliency & our core strengths by not swerving to avoid obstacles or rough terrain.
Remarkable people embrace the messy moments in life & lean into the discomfort.
Those messy moments make them more interesting people, who are loyal partners & fabulous mentors.

If I didn’t need to worry about the future, seeing what it’s done to aging parents- I’d sell it all and travel. I love meeting new people- they have stories!
