We recently had the chance to connect with Dasha K and have shared our conversation below.
Dasha, so good to connect and we’re excited to share your story and insights with our audience. There’s a ton to learn from your story, but let’s start with a warm up before we get into the heart of the interview. What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
Something that brings me true joy outside of work is my faith in the Lord. Real joy doesn’t come from circumstances but from the hope, peace, and purpose I have in Christ and the good news of the gospel—that through Jesus, we have forgiveness and new life. On a more personal level, I find so much joy in my husband and our amazing children. They are a daily reminder of God’s blessings and love, and I’m grateful for the laughter, love, and memories we share together.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?

Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. Who taught you the most about work?
The people who taught me the most about work are my parents. They legally immigrated to the United States from Moldova in 1999, leaving everything behind in search of a better life for their children. We came to this country with nothing, and I watched my parents work tirelessly to get back on their feet and provide for our family. Their example instilled in me the belief that with hard work, anything is possible. America truly is the land of opportunity, and I am forever grateful to my parents for their courage and sacrifice in choosing to give us the chance at a better future.
When you were sad or scared as a child, what helped?
When I was sad or scared as a child, my parents were always there to comfort me and make me feel safe. No matter what time it was—even in the middle of the night—I knew I could always go to them and find the reassurance I needed. Their love and presence gave me a strong sense of security that has stayed with me throughout my life.
Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What do you believe is true but cannot prove?
I believe with all my heart that God is real—the Creator of the universe, the One who spoke everything into existence. I can’t scientifically prove it, but I see His handiwork all around me, from the beauty and order of creation to the way He transforms lives. I also believe the gospel is true—that Jesus Christ came, died, and rose again so that we could be forgiven and have eternal life.
While faith is at the center, there is also strong historical evidence that supports the resurrection. The empty tomb was never successfully refuted, and Jesus’ disciples—who once fled in fear—were so convinced they had seen the risen Christ that many gave their lives rather than deny Him. Even non-Christian historians of the time, like Josephus and Tacitus, recorded references to Jesus’ death and the movement that sprang up after His resurrection. To me, this isn’t just a story—it’s history that points to truth.
Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
I hope the story people tell when I’m gone is that I loved my Lord above all else, and that love overflowed into how I cared for my husband and children. That I gave my best in everything I did—with integrity, passion, and a heart for others. Most of all, I hope they remember that my life pointed back to Christ, and that I lived in a way that left behind faith, love, and light for others to carry on.
