Hi Shane, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I started Green Go Cleaning Co. with a simple idea for providing excellent cleaning services using small batch hand made cleaning products. What started with a few vacuums and a vision has grown into a team of dedicated housekeepers and a full line of eco-friendly products. Today, we serve homes, businesses, and vacation rental properties across our community while also offering our zero-waste products at local retailers and markets.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Growing a business while creating our own product line has brought plenty of challenges like learning new systems, bringing together the strongest team possible, and balancing growth with quality. Each hurdle has pushed us to become more organized and more committed to our mission.
We’ve been impressed with Green Go Cleaning Co, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Green Go Cleaning Co. is a family-run cleaning and eco-product company based in Brevard. We specialize in residential, commercial, and vacation rental cleaning using our own line of plant-based, biodegradable products. What sets us apart is our commitment to zero waste and community: we are known not just for sparkling homes but also for offering safe, refill-friendly products and creating good local jobs. Brand-wise, we are most proud of proving that a small company can deliver professional service while staying true to sustainability and people-first values.
How do you think about happiness?
What makes me happiest is knowing our work makes life easier and healthier for others while also providing good jobs for local folks. Seeing a home sparkle, a client feel at ease, or someone choosing our eco-friendly products is meaningful because it supports both our community and the environment.
