The first 90 minutes of my day are dedicated to centering my spirit, aligning my priorities, and preparing myself to move with purpose. My day begins in stillness and gratitude through prayer, where I invite God’s presence to lead and guide every step ahead. I thank Him for a new day and seek His wisdom for the tasks and interactions ahead of me.
Following prayer, I spend time in scripture reading, meditating on a passage that sets the tone for the day. This sacred moment allows me to draw strength, clarity, and peace, ensuring my actions reflect divine direction rather than human distraction.
Once my spirit is grounded, I shift my focus to order and productivity by making the bed. This simple yet powerful act symbolizes discipline, completion, and readiness for the day. I then check my calendar, reviewing upcoming meetings, priorities, and deadlines, ensuring that my day aligns with both my professional goals and personal commitments.
To stay informed and connected, I listen to a news briefing, allowing me to engage with current events from an informed and discerning perspective. Finally, I dedicate time to exercise, energizing my body, sharpening my focus, and reinforcing the importance of caring for the vessel that carries out God’s purpose through me.
By the end of these first 90 minutes, my spirit is centered, my mind is focused, and my body is strengthened—positioning me to lead, serve, and thrive with intention throughout the day.

The road has not been smooth! Throughout my professional journey, I have faced a range of business challenges that have shaped my leadership and strengthened my strategic insight. Early on, I encountered the complexities of balancing vision with execution—learning how to translate big ideas into actionable, sustainable results. Managing team dynamics and organizational change required navigating resistance, fostering alignment, and cultivating a culture of trust and accountability.
I’ve also faced the realities of limited resources and shifting priorities, which tested my ability to adapt, innovate, and make data-informed decisions under pressure.
