Today we’d like to introduce you to Norvia Jennette.
Hi Norvia, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Looking back at my life. I never thought that I would be a digital creative entrepreneur. I also never imagined myself owning my own business. When I was a little girl I had my heart set on being a nurse. I always had such a heart for people. I wanted to help in the medical field because I watched my late grandmother go in and out of hospitals and doctors offices. During these times, I wasn’t always pleased with the treatment she received, so in response I wanted to make a difference in the medical field world. But even with my change in career paths, I know she would be so proud of me.
My journey in being a creative begin as a child. Growing up in the the small town of Pantego. with not much to do, you had to put your mind to something. Creating was always something that brought me so much joy. Whether it was making art to put on my bedroom walls, or drawing pictures to present as gifts to family and friends, I always had my creative wheels turning.
As I grew older my love for creating became more digital. I remember creating flyer and posters for events and parties for my friends. My love for creating for others turned into me just doing personal designs.
Truthfully, Collab with God LLC actually started out as a clothing line. I put my digital designs on shirts, and presented them to the public. If I can be honest. I was young and overly excited with no plan intact, I just knew that I wanted to share my gift with the world. I was able to grow an audience, but I lacked consistency and was a marketing novice. Fast forward to today, I have been blessed to use the skills that I have grown in over the years to create a customs business, that allows me to connect with so many people from different walks of life.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road has not always been an easy one. But I am grateful to God for the strength and joy He has provided to me throughout this journey.
In November of 2023 , during the transition from clothing line to customs business, my life took an unexpected turn. At the time I was about 7 months pregnant with my baby girl, and had a 1 year old baby boy. What I didn’t see coming, was single-hood, and not just single-hood, but single parenthood. I wasn’t prepared as a heavily pregnant stay at home mother at the time, so I took it pretty hard. It took sometime for me to get my head out of the clouds and refocus on what was ahead for not just me, but for my children.
After about 6 months of spiraling, I made a promise and decision with God to focus on the promises that he has for me. I had to align and adjust to having to carry the full weight of raising two children, and being stagnant wasn’t going to accomplish anything. Although, I was juggling healing, motherhood, ministry, and entrepreneurship all at one time, I had to make it happen for my children.
By the grace of God, hard work, and a praying church family and friends, I can say that I never thought I would be the woman that I am today. I never thought that I would be as healed and vibrant as I am today. I owe it to those moments for breaking open my full potential.

What matters most to you? Why?
Outside of my children and loved ones. Souls. Souls matter so much much to me. We live in a world of weary souls. Most of them don’t know that there is a path to a joy that no one can take away. There is nothing that I desire more than for people to experience true joy. This is so important to me because I was once someone that had a dark and lost soul. I knew nothing about the light that doesn’t go out. I had heard about Him, but I never knew Him for myself. This is the reason I plant seeds in every interaction I have, because you never know what people are truly battling with.
