Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not at all — our journey has been anything but smooth. But every challenge we’ve faced has shaped who we are today.
Like most entrepreneurs, our path was filled with long nights, tough decisions, and moments of uncertainty. In the early years, we juggled full-time jobs, young kids, and multiple businesses that we were building from the ground up. There were weekends without rest, countless sacrifices, and moments when we wondered if all the effort would be worth it.
There were times we questioned everything — whether the risk was worth it, whether people would believe in what we were building. But we kept pushing forward because our “why” was always bigger than the struggle.
We’ve faced it all — staffing challenges, unpredictable markets, and the pressure of managing large-scale events while ensuring that every project reflected our standard of excellence. Balancing work, family, and multiple businesses wasn’t easy. It tested our patience, resilience, and faith — but it also strengthened our partnership and our belief in what we do.
What kept us going was our shared vision and the understanding that every setback is just a setup for something greater. We learned to adapt, to find opportunity in uncertainty, and to keep our focus on the bigger picture.
Today, when we look back, we realize that those struggles became the foundation of our success. They taught us perseverance, humility, and gratitude — and reminded us that great things take time, courage, and heart.
