My name is Stefany Romero, and I am the founder of Disfruta la Vida Mobile Bar, a service dedicated to bringing unique and personalized bar experiences to weddings, birthdays, and all kinds of social events. Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve been a dreamer always imagining, creating, and building things from the heart.
My journey in the hospitality world began when I started working as a server. Over time, my passion for service grew stronger, and I decided to pursue a bartending course.
That decision opened the door to a new chapter in my life. I spent 3 years working as a bartender in a restaurant, where I discovered that I had a natural talent for connecting with people. I’m friendly, warm, and everything I do, I do with genuine heart.
I quickly noticed that my charisma and the quality of my service made guests return again and again. I loved creating new cocktails, offering them to customers, and seeing how delighted they were with every sip. It became clear to me that bartending wasn’t just about making drinks it was about creating moments, memories, and experiences for people celebrating with their loved ones.
That realization inspired me to create my own mobile bar business. Today, with Disfruta la Vida Mobile Bar, when I go to weddings, birthdays, or any event, I put my whole heart into ensuring that every client has an unforgettable experience. I want their special moments to stand out and never go unnoticed.
We personalize every detail. For weddings, we decorate our bar to match the theme, and the menu is customized with the couple’s names. We make every drink taste exquisite using high quality natural ingredients. We prepare our syrups with fresh fruit because I don’t like using premade mixes they simply don’t provide the same flavor. I’m very strict about selecting ingredients because I want everything to taste fresh and delightful for our clients and their guests.
We also take great care in offering exceptional service and beautiful presentation. For us, it’s not just about serving drinks it’s about creating a memorable, meaningful, and joyful experience for every celebration.”

The journey has been anything but smooth.
Starting my own business has been one of the hardest and yet most rewarding things l’ve ever done. It’s long hours, endless effort, and moments when you feel like giving up, but it’s also deeply fulfilling because every step I take is a step toward my dreams, my goals, and creating something that is truly my own.
One of the hardest challenges has been stepping out of my comfort zone. Growth only comes when you push yourself into discomfort when you work through the pressure, the uncertainty, and the fatigue.
It’s tempting to stay where it’s safe, where it’s familiar, but that safety doesn’t lead to growth professionally, financially, or personally. I realized that if I wanted something different for myself, I had to be willing to embrace the uncomfortable, to take risks, and to keep moving forward even when it scared me.
Another huge challenge was believing in myself when others didn’t. Talking about my ideas openly, sharing my vision with people who doubted me, and standing firm in my conviction—it was terrifying at first. There were countless nights after work, sitting alone, thinking, researching, planning, and figuring out how to bring my dream to life.
But through all of it, I learned that the only opinion that truly matters is my own. If I believe in myself, if I trust in my vision and my potential, I can overcome any obstacle.
This journey has taught me that the struggle is part of the beauty. The sleepless nights, the doubts, the hard work they all shape you. And in the end, knowing that I am building something of my own, something that reflects who I am and what I stand for, makes every challenge worth it.

I never take for granted the trust people place in us especially during milestone moments like weddings. Being invited into such an important day is a blessing, and I feel honored every single time. That’s why I’m so committed to making sure everything flows beautifully.

We offer a professional and fully customized bartending service for events of all kinds. All our ingredients are prepared fresh including garnishes, juices, and 100% natural syrups to ensure exceptional quality and freshness in every cocktail.
We provide four service packages: Full Open Bar, Classic package , Beer & Wine, and Bartender Only, and we also create personalized quotes based on each client’s preferences and event needs. In addition, we offer bar stand rentals, waiters services, and frozen drink machine rentals.
We also prepare a variety of non-alcoholic mocktails for guests who prefer alcohol-free options. For children’s events, we offer a special menu featuring kid friendly drinks, including frozen beverages, fun creations with candies and gummies, or milkshakes.
