Hi Brooklyn, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I launched my career as an interior decorator after graduating in 2020. After moving to Charlotte, I experienced significant burnout, but I trusted that this challenge was prompting a God-led strategic shift. I transitioned into design and staging for a top realtor, who then tasked me with managing her social media. Seeing immediate success, I was quickly tapped to manage social media for six clients across her network. Last year, I really took on any business looking for social media support, but I made a decisive pivot back to my first love: the home industry, specializing exclusively in interior design and luxury builders. This focus has allowed me to build a high-performing client roster and a collaborative “ecosystem” centered on mutual success.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Last year, my strong client base led to an overwhelming workload, prompting me to make an impulsive decision to restructure. I quickly found that this new operational model was fundamentally incompatible with BRICC’s core vision. This required an immediate and difficult reset, resulting in the loss of my existing client roster. While challenging, this experience was a powerful lesson in strategic clarity, solidifying the focused, resilient path necessary for BRICC’s future success.

We deliver high-quality content specifically built to perform well on social media. We also offer comprehensive, full-service social media management, all executed by our dedicated in-house team.
We are proud of the range of successful campaigns we’ve run for major brands like Sherwin-Williams and Two Pages. Our experience includes shooting exclusive content at prominent design events, such as the Kips Bay Showhouse (West Palm Beach, FL) and the Southeastern Showhouse (Atlanta, GA), both alongside the talented Marie Cloud of Indigo Pruitt.

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
When I was a child, my world was defined by a deep, lifelong passion for art, aesthetics, and design, an impulse to create that remains the cornerstone of my professional vision today. This creativity has always been balanced by a consistent history of stepping into influential roles, showcasing my inherent drive to lead and execute. From serving as a Track Captain and competing in high school sports to leading the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and serving as President of a college women’s ministry (in addition to being a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated), I have consistently demonstrated that I am not just a visionary, but a highly engaged leader.
