Today we’d like to introduce you to Trevor Diprimo.
Hi Trevor, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Long story short, I have had an itch to be on a set as of recently. Whether it was through acting, boom operating, camera assistance, I am always ready for the next project. For a decade or more I was in the construction industry doing various types of work from flooring to drywall to masonry. I am a proud father to a beautiful and smart 10 year old, Amelia. I have had a overly privileged life growing up going to formula 1 races in the early 2000s, making multiple family trips yearly to Walt Disney world was a regular thing for us at one point. There’s so much in this life that I have seen that I could literally talk your ear off for days and yet there is only so much more to come! One quote I like to remind myself daily of is “there are two things in life that define a person. Their patience when they have nothing, and their attitude when they have everything.” I don’t recall who exactly said those words, but they have stuck with me as long as I can recall.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
There are so many potholes, speed bumps, obstacles, through out the years but such is life. I would have to say some of the worst struggles come from my own mess ups. Decisions I made I thought would be beneficial and ended up hurting people and myself in the process. I don’t like to share to much personal stuff. I am an optimistic type of person and try to see the silver lining in things.
We’ve been impressed with Vista Perfetta Media Service, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My friend Isaiah Wright and I am just beginning this year to specialize in videography/photography media services. The company is not known just yet. Our small term goal is to build a team that creates a work-flow that is efficient, build a portfolio in each of the categories of service, and establish clients locally for Events, Real-Estate, Weddings, & Film/Commercials. We are an American based company and will travel the states to accommodate our clients needs.
We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
The luck of friendship and family that I have had in years past have been my ultimate life benefit more than anything. God Bless everyone that has been a part of my life, good and bad. I can not say luck has played a part just yet for our business as we just started. But miracles happen everyday!
