Today we’d like to introduce you to Kevin Dunlap.
Hi Kevin , we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started to write a book back when I was mainly doing lease option real estate while living in Las Vegas. I never thought I would write another book until 2016 when I wrote my 2nd book, and 3rd in 2019, and finally in 2021 where I put 10 years of building a business in the ultimate book. At that time I hung up my desire to write (nonfiction) books. Fiction books were completely nonexistent. However, with the help of AI, I created sci-fi fiction characters in October/November 2024. This led me to start writing ideas using those characters. Thus, began my journey in writing fiction. Now that it is a little more than 1 year later I have released 4 books (3 novels and 1 short story). I am now writing 3 more books with one novel and 4 other books on the backburner.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Being okay with using new technologies to aid my journey with writing these books. The biggest struggle is the proper use of social media and marketing.

This is a publication company that I have created to me help with the publishing of my books.
What are your plans for the future?
I want to have over 10 books in my sci-fi universe. Then to see about getting a lot of loyal fans. Maybe even a film or TV deal.
