When I came to the United States from Ukraine, I had an MA in Marketing and professional experience, but I had to start completely from scratch. No clients, no network, no local recognition — just my skills, determination, and vision.
I launched Plus Digital because I saw so many talented entrepreneurs struggling — not for lack of talent, but because they didn’t have a clear strategy, branding, or systems to grow. With my marketing background and hands-on business experience, I built an agency that helps businesses scale intentionally, with measurable results. Step by step, client by client, Plus Digital grew into a trusted partner for entrepreneurs who want more than just “visibility” — they want real growth.
Today, I’m also pursuing an Executive MBA at Quantic School of Business and Technology, expanding my knowledge while leading and growing my agency.

No, it hasn’t been smooth — and I wouldn’t trade the challenges for anything. Starting over in a new country meant building everything from zero: clients, network, and reputation. There were long nights, financial pressure, and moments when the risk of failure felt overwhelming. Balancing a growing business with further education added to the challenge.
But every struggle taught me resilience, sharpened my strategy, and strengthened my leadership. Those challenges didn’t stop me — they shaped me into the entrepreneur I am today.
