Today we’d like to introduce you to Grace Jones.
Hi Grace, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Earning a real estate license in July of 2002, I started my career as a REALTOR as a dual career agent, quickly learning this is what I wanted to do as a career. I sold real estate for 6 years before being tapped on the shoulder by my mentor to get into management, where I became the BIC of approximately 45 agents at a locally owned real estate firm. Staying in management for 10 years, as a non-competing BIC, I missed helping people acquire the American dream, but found a new passion for helping agents build careers worth having! I found myself drifting for a period, looking for happiness and found a firm that allowed me to embrace both loves…selling real estate AND coaching agents. Now, I am a REALTOR with Keller Williams Elite Realty and own a Coaching firm, Game Plans LLC! I stated my coaching firm 5 years ago and enjoy my role as a top=producing agent, with my own team Royal Realty Collective, powered by Keller Williams Elite Realty!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It’s hard to learn without struggles. I fail everyday and learn from the failures, sharing those failures with agents that trust me to coach them! The key is not to fail the clients!
Since this is a labor of love, I have learned that “No” is a complete sentence. We all have limited time in the day, and must prioritize. That has been my biggest struggle. Just because we “can” do it, doesn’t me an we have time to do it well.

What matters most to you?
What matters most is that I can look myself in the mirror and know that I left the earth in a better place than what I was born into.
