Hi Sonny, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Our culture is rooted in the character of kindness and excellence and to connect with people in a meaningful way. We entered the marketplace with The Exchange Brand, which includes a coffee house and eatery, a trendy salon, and a large 20-acre retreat property. I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Permitting is completed and we are grateful to have purchased the LLC that was a smoke shop for years in the Laguna Beach. We are rare to offer an ocean view, ocean breeze and elevated atmosphere right on Coast Highway in Laguna Beach.

How do you think about happiness?
Things can make us happy as good things “happen” to us but we have sought to find joy in all circumstances. So we focus on the peace and joy that can remain with bad things “happen” …because they will.
So family and people fulfill us and keep joy alive!
