Hidden Gems: Meet Kyle Linton of Lithios

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kyle Linton.

Hi Kyle, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I started my career founding a software company after graduating with my Bachelor’s from NC State. I always knew that I wanted to create something that could impact a large number of people and by starting a company, I was able to learn and build my skills before transitioning into what I do now leading a software design/development agency and leading a non-profit organization.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I have had major ups and downs in my career. I have learned so much by simply applying myself to things I have never done before. I have learned so many lessons through small failures and by doing things that make me uncomfortable. I think that discomfort is the only way to apply yourself and learn.

Lithios is a software design and development agency in the triangle. We work with both Fortune 500 companies and growth-stage startups. We are lucky to have worked with organizations such as Draft Kings, Bayer, and Intel as well as local startups Offline and Silbo. We are industry agnostic and work extensively in healthcare, IoT, Sports, and a variety of other industries. We aim to build the best possible software products for organizations of all sizes.

We are growing! Over the past few years, we have grown our revenue by creating and maintaining value for our customers. We are hoping to continue to expand our world-class team and maintain our high-quality standards.
