Today we’d like to introduce you to Stephani Paschall. Them and their team share their story with us below:
Stardust Crystals essentially evolved from a desire to spread healing energy and a little light in the world. Stephani had been working with healing crystals and pursuing her Reiki certification and dreamed of having a little shop that would offer crystals and reiki charged products with the intent of sharing the healing properties of both with our fellow humans. Allison and Lyndsi, who also shared an interest in crystals and energy healing, joined in on the dream. After a year of creating a social media page dedicated to sharing knowledge about crystals and their healing properties and a whole lot of planning and creating products, Stardust Crystals was officially filed as an LLC this May and a little business was born! Stardust is now currently an online shop, as well as a vendor at two local shops, and offers a variety of crystals, reiki-charged self-care products, and virtual reiki sessions (Stephani is now a certified Reiki Master.)
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
There have definitely been bumps along the way, but overall starting Stardust has been an amazing experience and learning opportunity. Our main areas that posed some challenges included figuring out the best strategies for reaching potential customers, managing staying within a start-up budget while procuring and creating inventory, and learning the legalities that are involved with owning a business.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
We specialize in products created and procured to promote energetic healing and self-care. All of our products we create are handmade and then charged with reiki energy by Stephani who is a certified reiki master. Some of our products include: Crystal infused nail polish, herbal teas and bath salts, crystal and resin jewelry, assorted crystals, and much more! We are proud that our products focus on sharing healing energy with our fellow humans and that our products are cruelty-free. Additionally, our crystals are ethically sourced, which was very important to us as a company.
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Integrity; doing what is right even if you think no one is paying attention. We want to make a positive impact in the world and we feel the foundation for that impact is integrity.
