Today we’d like to introduce you to Danalis Arzola.
Hi Danalis, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
When I first arrived in this city, I came with my two kids, my husband and so many dreams to work with my community in this area. This motivation made me evaluate all of my options to fulfill that desire, and finally brought me to the real estate career. It was then I got my license in 2001 and since then, I have been not only working, earning money, and serving hundreds of families but personally growing as a person, as a professional, and as a woman. This career has taught me that:
1_Working with and for people is a very gratifying but also a delicate task because the main goal is working for the client’s best interest.
2- Working with and for people has helped me develop my thinking, problem-solving, and strategy abilities to a level that goes beyond the ordinary.
3_Working with and for people has increased my empathy level towards others.
I have 21 years in this career giving me the valuable opportunity to build my clientele. They are very good at referring me to their friends and relatives which has allowed me to be in the top Latino agents of the city. I also want to emphasize that besides my effort and commitment to myself and my clients, my convictions and faith in God have been the real foundation of my life and as a result, of my real estate career.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Oh no! It has taken a lot of faith, confidence, mental and physical effort, learning, ethic, charisma, diligence, and courage to not give up. I believe that being a foreign agent takes more effort or at least, it was for me for the fact that I needed to overcome my language and cultural barriers besides the fact that most of my Latino clients are in need of real and knowledgeable guidance thru the whole purchasing process. I became their loan officer, home inspector, and attorney in some sense to help them understand the process and walk with me confidently.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I AM ALSO A CHRISTIAN ARTIST. I SING AND COACH PEOPLE THRU MY MUSIC AND SIMPLE MESSAGES BASED ON THE PRINCIPLES OF GOD.
Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
Knowledge, trustworthiness, and experience, I believe that these three must be combined for success.
