Storia, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
After my constant complaints about my body, excess fat, and saggy skin, my daughter found GoodBye BodyFat on Groupon for Mother’s Day to see if it would help with my body issues so I can stop complaining ha ha. Invasive surgery was not only too expensive but very painful and required long recovery time I did not have. I went for a consultation at the Cary location (now closed permanently) and received a full treatment. I was so impressed with the instant visible results. My skin felt tighter and smoother. I purchased 20 session right on the spot. Every week, I saw my stretch marks disappearing, skin getting tighter, and muffin top getting smaller and smaller.

I was very impressed with the results. Not only did my body get toned, I gained self-confidence and help with my body insecurities. I wanted others to feel the same confidence I did after the treatments. It has really been rewarding to see clients coming in from all walk of life to get the treatment and leaving with smiles on their faces.

Since January, I have had hundreds of clients walk through door, loving their results.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Opening the location was a bit of a struggle. This location was supposed to open January of 2020. However, with talk of the pandemic, I had to postpone it to the following year. Since opening this location, it has been smooth sailing.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I do lipoSculpt (shrinking of the fat cells), fat Cavitation and Cellulite treatments (permanently eliminating the fat cell), and ThermaLift (skin tightening). We target stubborn fat cells when diet and exercise efforts have plateaued. When we exercise, we turn our fat into muscle but the cells are always there.

The difference between my salon and others is that I do all three steps (every session for the best visible results) while others do one or the other. We destroy fat cells permanently at the targeted area. Since our skin is held up by fat cells, once we cativitate the fat cells, we also do skin tightening.

Our signature transformation that I absolutely love and stand by 100% is our facial. It’s permanent skin tightening, wrinkle reduction, blemish and sun spot corrector, and skin brightening. Clients see visible results in the first session.

Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
Advice for those starting out – don’t give up. The first year or year and half may be hard, but once you get the hang of the business, you will succeed. What I wish I knew when I started this was to market early on. I only have one platform for marketing but there so much more that can be done. Make sure you look at all avenues especially social media.
