Hi Mundi, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
CLEAN MUNDI is an organic and sustainable beauty brand offering products that are safe for you and our environment. We started because my son was born with really dry skin and nothing was working for his skin, so I made products out of my kitchen that worked really well for him.It was also important to us that we make and share beauty products that are safe, non-toxic, and carcinogenic-free for my family and for others. Having safer beauty options should not be expensive or hard to find.
It should be accessible for all, mainly for those who may not have the resources or the funds to attain a healthier beauty option.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not smooth at all! Some of the challenges as a small business but also, a sustainable small business is ensuring that all of our ingredients are natural, organic, non-toxic, and safe for us to use and share with others.Most all-natural and organic ingredients are pretty pricey. In addition, finding sustainable product packaging to ensure we are reducing our carbon footprint. All these things cost more than the average say plastic jar.
Trying to keep costs down and be affordable for our consumers has been a challenge.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
My work is my passion. Creating beauty products with certain groups of people in mind gives me joy. My hope is that in the creation of our beauty products, we are able to solve and help groups of people at a time.

Always read your labels! Be knowledgeable about what you bring into your home, what we ingest into our bodies, and what we use on our bodies.
