Today we’d like to introduce you to Hailey Brooke Weiss.

Hi Hailey, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My name is Hailey Brooke Weiss and I am the owner and founder of Power Move Marketing.

I graduated from The Wake Forest School of Business, where I received a Master of Science in Management after completing my Bachelors of Arts in Communication with a Minor in Film and Media Aesthetics. I started Power Move Marketing because after playing four years of D1 volleyball, I needed a way to continue to be competitive.

I had already begun private consulting for several companies while still in graduate school and had found a lot of success with it.

Some of my clients suggested that I begin my own marketing company since I had outperformed their previous marketing companies. Seeing how I could make a real positive impact on my clients made me realize that I wanted to continue helping companies reach their full potential, even after graduate school.

I am excited at the opportunity to continue to help companies grow and achieve their dreams to the fullest extent.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
We have grown really really fast which is amazing but also comes with some growing pains. Finding the right people to work with, working with positive clients, coordinating increased operations, etc. Is a lot for a 25-year-old business owner but also very very cool.

Do you have any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
Going to my first college volleyball game ever when I was 12.

It was at UNC and it was UNC vs. Penn St. one of the years PSU won the National Championship. This was the first time I ever thought about playing college volleyball. I ended up playing at Wake Forest which fulfilled my childhood dream!
