Today we’d like to introduce you to Tyler Squirewell.

Tyler, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I knew the moment I laid my eyes on my first American Bully that that was the breed for me. Having past experience with APBT breed instantly gravitated towards bullies, I guess kind of becoming an enthusiast lol.

I purchased my first ABKC registered bully 2015 in Arizona where I was going to college at the time. When I decided to move back home to Raleigh at the end of 2018, I saw how big the bully community is around the east coast so I decided to take breeding/showing seriously and haven’t looked back since.

Built2WinBullyz was established in 2019, a small family-owned kennel specializing in Pocket and Standard American bullies, dedicated to producing not only top-quality show American bullies but also the perfect companion for families.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, a life of a breeder is a struggle.

People from the outside looking in assume sweet but in all actuality, it’s a never-ending job. You have to be ready for bad the that comes with the dog game. I’ve had females catch pyometra, dogs pass away, unexpected vet bills, breedings not taking after I paid stud fees, I can go on for real, lol.

My name is Tyler Squirewell Owner/CEO of Built2WinBullyz. Here at Built2WinBullyz, we specialize in breeding top show quality pocket/standard American bullies. We compete in conformation shows in multiple registries such as ABKC, BCR global, ICBR, UKC, etc.

We also offer shipping worldwide, artificial insemination services & stud services as well. What’s sets us apart from others is that our dogs and services speak for themselves word to mouth go a long way but I genuinely love what I do and it shows. I am most proud that I did this all myself & didn’t get any help from no one.
