Inspiring Conversations with Yvonne Cropp of Soul Vessels

Today we’d like to introduce you to Yvonne Cropp.

Hi Yvonne, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers?
For as long as I can remember, I have been interested in breakthrough ideas and practices.

The saying “Keep doing the same thing, you will get the same results” is a good one to remember when you are trying to create profound shifts – whether it is physical, emotional, energetic, or psychological.

I am constantly looking forward to and re-searching modalities, tools, and thought forms that are revolutionary in nature. I am interested in being a disruptor and playing in the chaos to create balance and well-being.

I am a Biophysics Specialist and have been actively practicing complementary holistic therapies since 2000.

I specialize in holistic therapies such as Esogetic Colorpuncture, Crystal Therapy, Functional Movement, functional eating and supplementation, and Meditation which are essential components of holistic healing. My intention is to create a safe healing environment where people can not only acquire the critical skills they need but also personally experience the healing power of light through Esogetic Medicine and movement.

I believe that the whole person is made up of interdependent parts and if one part is not working properly, all the other parts will be affected. Imbalances (physical, emotional, or spiritual) can negatively affect overall health.

By helping clients achieve better balance, my clients have been able to clear trauma, rebalance hormones and neurotransmitters, enhance sleep and energy, manage addictions and their underlying triggers, enhance detox pathways to move lymph… which leads to an experience of a more vibrant life.

After graduating from UNC-Greensboro with a Bachelor’s degree in 1991, I worked at MCI/Verizon supporting many aspects of technology including routers and switches and the many forms of communication. Because of the high level of stress working in the corporate world, I learned more deeply about the Eastern practices of the mind and body to create balance in my own life.

I completed my RYT200 certification with the North Carolina School of Yoga in 2003, my ACSM Personal Trainer Certification in 2008, and received certification as an Esogetic Colorpuncture practitioner in 2012. I am very curious and constantly studying and experimenting in the “bio-hacking” world of biophysics. You see, I am still (always) interested in communication – now it is the light pathways of communication in the body that I am supporting!

This passion for cutting-edge holistic therapies led me to dive into Esogetic Medicine via Colorpuncture which completely transformed my life and led to a rich part of my healing journey. It was clear that “light therapy” was an essential component of truly holistic healing, where body, mind, and spirit are brought into alignment.

Through this journey of exploration, I have experienced many physical and emotional benefits. It is now my purpose to help others realize the same life quality improvement and to lead a more vibrant and healthful life.

I currently reside in downtown Raleigh where I love studying human behavior and being entertained through movies, books, chats, and podcasts. Movement is my passion so you can find me doing some type of workout or standing on a vibe plate or walking among the trees.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Life is a series of many peaks and valleys and I am no different than any other human living a messy life!

While preparing to leave a 17-year career at MCI/Verizon Business with a steady income stream in engineering in 2007, my body was at max capacity and I fell into Adrenal Fatigue which then set off a cascade of serious medical obstacles including Lyme, Hashimoto’s, chronic depression, chronic constipation, insomnia, and intense body pain.

I have always been aware of mind/body/soul connection so when I was introduced to Esogetic Colorpuncture I knew I had found a practice of deep healing – at the cellular level! I cried with joy after my first class… knowing that I was (finally) being given keys to my own Soul Medicine!

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Ask yourself: Are YOUR cells speaking the right language?

Esogetic Colorpuncture is the most advanced and rapidly evolving medicine of light available today! It will reconnect you to the Divine source and your own inner Blueprint via BioPhoton Cellular Communication.

Colorpuncture involves colored light, infrared frequencies, ultraviolet frequencies, and soul spirit crystal treatments to gently unlock and release emotional trauma and energetic blocks which often underlie our illnesses.

The light or soul spirit crystals are placed on pre-determined zones on the skin to energize powerful healing impulses in our physical and energy bodies. As the therapeutic frequency is absorbed by the skin and transmitted along energetic pathways or meridians deep into the body, it stimulates intra-cellular communication and healing.

Some benefits you could experience after a color session with me:

* Clear Prenatal/Preverbal information.
* Enhance Vitality.
* Boost Immune.
* Balance Energy Systems.
* Support Addiction Recovery.
* Move Lymph (reduce pain).
* Support hormonal balancing.
* Get in touch with your “Program” (why you are here).
* Improve Sleep.
* Dream Enhancement.
* Great with children on the spectrum (ADHD, autism, highly sensitive).
* Gently Heal trauma stored in the body.

We have all experienced trauma in some form and are informed daily by the perception of how that trauma nestled into our cells and psyche.

This is why I specialize in clearing trauma in a gentle, non-invasive way via colorpuncture light therapy. I am interested in giving permission to people to make their lives better and know that I have the tools to help assist that process. It is a collaboration! It is a celebration of living in vibrancy and feeling that on a cellular level!

I am living my Soul TRUTH… and would love to empower you to do the same. This gig is not easy! It takes deliberate and intentional seeding, expanding, resting, gathering, nourishing, planting, watering, weeding, digging… repeat! It takes a sense of humor and a bit of sass!

And if you are lucky, you find other great Souls to hold your hand along this journey. That is why I am here! My endeavors have served to foster my Soul Vessel (body) as a sacred and welcome HOME for my Soul to embody. I would love to share with Y.O.U.!

I believe that we are made of interdependent parts that each contribute to our own perfect orchestra! Physical, emotional, and spiritual health are equally important. My intention is to guide you to experience YOUR best expression… by creating a safe, healing environment allowing access to and fostering critical skills needed to fully experience YOUR Soul Vessel!

What is a SoulBody? It is the culmination of the presence of our Soul – the all-pervading unique essence of YOU – and the Vessel in which it is carried – the “body”.

Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
I believe we are meant to thrive in communion with others – whether simply one on one or in groups. We learn from each other and hold each other up and lift each other up.

To that effect, I have been super fortunate to be surrounded by amazing teachers and mentors in my life that have been more than willing to teach, guide, and support my own evolution as a practitioner and even more as a Soul creature on this path.

It is extremely important who you surround yourself with so I gather around me amazing people who resonate at high frequency and life vibration and interest in being their best selves. What that means is that we get to be messy together, laugh together, vent together, cry together, and love together on this life journey!
