Hi Amonie, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My name is Amonie Stallings. I’m a 23-year-old native woman out of Rocky Mount NC. I have an 18-month daughter name Khristian who just brighten up my life.

Before becoming a mom When I was in college, I would routinely have my schedule set for my workouts, meal planning, etc. During workouts and in between working out, I would use this certain fat-burning cream that I would mix up myself, the detox teas that I make as well, and wear my waist trainer.

People began to notice my results within two weeks. We all know what’s the first question people ask, how did you lose that weight? I would provide the information, assist with workouts, and also provide them with some of my products. After a few months, I began to see that it was helping others as well, so I began selling my products and providing meal plans, my products would consist of: waist, and hip trainer(s), my personalized fat burning cream, butt enhancement cream, and my personalized detox tea. As I tell all my clients’ water is the key.

After a while, I knew I couldn’t stop there and constantly asked myself what’s next? As time went by I thought about becoming a fitness trainer, a wellness coach, and other things in that field but I knew there was something else out there for me. I would come across body contouring on social media a lot and thought, “hmm…everyone wants a fast way out.” I looked into classes, got certified, and knew it was for me ever since!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t always been easy, of course, I’ve encountered some hiccups, obstacles, and problems, from no clients on some days to clients canceling back to back. Which took away from clients that actually wanted those spots. I had to revamp my rules and forms, offered some specials, and let my clients know I really care about their well-being and health. Giving freebies, deals and specials was the eye-opener, that help me expand
