Today we’d like to introduce you to Nishant Patel.
Hi Nishant, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
It all started with food, the love of trying new things made me curious to get deeper into creating content around food and that led to travel everywhere, creating social media content for 8 years for my personal blog page @IndieOpus as well as working in the Digital marketing agencies catering to some of the biggest brands like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Cadbury and more.
So social media became a part of me and clicking photos and videos comes naturally everywhere for me. Being a part of Instagram’s recognized creator program, NAS Daily-Nas Academy creator community, guest lecturing in institutes, TEDx Talks, and many more such events, and working with some of the biggest influencers and brands worldwide got me here in the US and helped me to raise the bar of creating content for myself as well as helping everyone around me. It’s all about creating smiles, memories, and happiness via my channel.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Well if you imagine the work behind uploading 1 piece of content every single day for the last 8 years then everything that goes around that journey is a part of my struggle story.
Adapting to the changing digital world, consistency of content, upgradation of tech and gadgets to create that content, and the financial investments into going out there by myself to experience that new memory is the beautiful journey of ups and downs that we cherish.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
More than 12 years of work experience in categories like – Digital Media, Talent Mgmt, Content Creation, Television, Production, Events, Social Entrepreneurship, Public Relations, and more (2) Co-founder of an animal rescue app startup. (3) Instagram certified Travel and Food blogger with Creator community member on Nas Academy, BornOnInstagram, LinkedIn, and MXTakatak. (4) Guest faculty for digital marketing training at multiple institutes.

What I am most proud of? That would definitely be the failures and hurdles which made me move ahead and keep trying new things in life to bring out the best for my current situation and is the changes that got me to try so many things in my career and that got me the biggest assets in the life of anyone and that is – Contacts and Knowledge, something I would surely be very proud of. These things made me build the courage as well as identify what I would want in life and kept me going to newer places and experiences in my career as well as personal life.
What matters most to you? Why?
Travel!
When we move out of our homes, we get to learn from everything we see. People and their cultures, their backgrounds and perceptions, their way of working, living and also for sure eating!
Travel gets you into uncomfortable situations and when you step on them, it just makes you more alive and confident and there is a sense of awakening in you. We learn almost everything about life from travel!
