Hi Megan, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Growing up, I always enjoyed finding new places to visit and trying new places to eat. I was always interested in finding the coolest places around the area that I was visiting. I would even spend hours researching places on Google maps for fun. I decided to start making videos about the places I would visit on TikTok. That was when I realized how much I love creating content. The creative process fits my personality as I’ve always been a creative person. I also love being able to help promote local businesses and share hidden gems.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Getting to where I am now, took a lot of patience and consistency. Patience to have faith that I would get to where I needed to in my career and I had to make the best content I can. It was difficult at first but I knew I had to keep putting out content every day. I still have a long way to go but I’m glad that I kept going and I’m thankful for everyone that enjoys my content.
Along the way, I have learned that there will be challenges and mistakes made. There will always be people that criticize your work or try to put you down. The most important thing is to keep going no matter what happens. With a career like this, there’s no guaranteed path and that is one of the biggest challenges.

I am a North Carolina content creator that focuses on sharing lifestyle content that inspires others. I enjoy sharing places to travel, eat, and hidden gems in the area. I love living in North Carolina and really just want to share what I love with everyone!
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
I believe just being genuine and kind is an important quality. It’s important to be relatable and just be yourself! I love meeting people who follow me and it’s exciting when they tell me that they visited a local business because of my recommendation. I truly just want to help the community and make a difference!
