Hi Mary, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’ve grown up with countless animals my entire life. I’ve always believed pets are family, too! Growing up, I started caring for animals through overnight stays and walking. After college, I started having numerous weddings every year, and I always realized someone was missing – the couple’s pet! I knew how much I would want my dog to be a part of my future wedding, and I knew people felt the same way. Since everyone you would trust with your pet is involved in your wedding already, I started my company to put your mind at ease knowing your pet was well taken care of and a part of your special day! I started in Chicago and have since spread to the Charlotte/Raleigh area, Charleston, New York, and St. Louis. We have worked with many amazing couples and always look forward to meeting new pets!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
My main obstacle has been getting my company’s name out there. As a wedding vendor, I rely heavily on word of mouth, reviews, and social media content!

Paw My Love is a wedding service that makes the logistics of having your pet at your wedding a breeze. We will pick up your pet from any location, bring them to your photos/ceremony/reception, and when their time is done, we will return them to your preferred location. We always put your pet’s comfort first and ensure they are just as loved as when at home with you. We bring all the necessary gear, so you have nothing to worry about. We work with your photographer to get the perfect memorable shot with your best friend. Additionally, we dress the part of “wedding guest” so that we don’t stick out in any photos we may be in the back of. This service has brought so many smiles to many faces, and we’ve loved every minute of it!
