Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany Newton.

Hi Tiffany, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today. 
My name is Tiffany Newton, I’m from Eastern North Carolina. I have a 14yr. background in the medical field until I decided to bet on myself, step out on faith, and become a full-time entrepreneur in the Final Expense/Insurance industry. The medical field wasn’t the same since Covid-19 and I realized that I needed and desired a different challenge for myself. Leaving was scary at first but it has literally been the best decision that I have made, I’m not looking back! I have enjoyed every minute of the process so far. I look forward to a bright and successful future in this industry.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I have faced many challenges within the last few years because becoming a successful entrepreneur isn’t an easy task. For example, there are days when nothing seems to go right, but the question is… Do you hang your head and give up or do you weather the storm and face it head on. I choose to go head-on into the storm because I know I will come out of it a stronger and much wiser person. There are many days when you have to take a hard look at yourself and dig deep to keep going, tap into your belief system because that’s what stepping out on faith is all about. Learning new skills and being challenged to be a mentor and a leader of others isn’t a task that I take lightly; so many days, I’m hard on myself because I want to be the best mentor and leader that I can be and I want my entire team to be successful.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a full-time entrepreneur, leader, and mentor. I take great pride in my agency (Allegiance Insurance Agency by way of Lincoln Heritage) and the service that we provide to our customers.  I’m always looking to partner with and train others to grow in several markets in this industry and region. Proper training, mentorship and personal development is the best way to build a multiple six figure career in this industry. We win as a team!

What would you say has been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
Happiness can be described in many ways, and it’s different for everyone. What makes me happy is being of service to my community and being an educator of what Final Expense/Life Insurance can provide for them and their family, not only with just burial coverage but with living benefits as well. It’s an amazing feeling knowing that you have not only helped an individual/family get structured with their final wishes, but also, helped their family to be in a position to build generational wealth.
