Today we’d like to introduce you to Alex Bringmann.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I was born in New York but grew up in Florida. There my passion for health and fitness blossomed. After high school, I pursued pre-clinical health science at the University of Central Florida with the goal of venturing into physical medicine. During that time, I discovered the benefits of chiropractic care, which led me to pursue my doctorate at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida. I graduated in 2016 with my Doctorate of Chiropractic. Together with my wife, Emily, I moved to Western North Carolina, where I worked over three years in a high-volume practice before later relocating to the Raleigh area in 2020. After working in Fuquay-Varina for over 3 years and now having over 7 years and thousands of adjustments under my belt, I have recently opened my own practice, Golden Spine Chiropractic P.L.L.C., located in downtown Angier, North Carolina. I find immense fulfillment in helping individuals achieve better mobility and reach their health and wellness goals.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
My first job out of college was incredibly demanding, with a very high patient volume that left me with little time for each individual. When the pandemic hit in 2020, it unexpectedly offered me the chance to step back and reevaluate my career. During that period, I had the opportunity to contemplate what truly mattered to me in my profession and recognize that my current situation did not align with my original aspirations for chiropractic care. This reflection ultimately led me to discover a practice in the Raleigh area that aligned much more closely with my patient-focused approach. Despite the apprehension of making such a significant change during such uncertain times, it proved to be the most rewarding decision I could have made.
Additionally, opening my new practice has not come without its own challenges, but thankfully I have had tremendous support from friends, family and patients alike that has made everything so worthwhile.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
