Check Out Chris Brunner’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Chris Brunner.

Hi Chris, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start, maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
For as long as I can remember, I feel like I have always had a camera on me, I have always been fascinated with photography. Capturing the beauty of life that surrounds us each day brings me so much joy! I am always looking for that unique point of view/new perspective to share with my creative outlet of photography. I started sharing more of my photography online, and my family/friends said I needed to do more with my photography. So I started CLB Images in 2015, CLB the initials of my name. My Instagram page for my photography has given me so many different opportunities to share my creativity. Today, I continue to grow with my photography and always looking for that next amazing moment of life to capture!

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
For the most part a smooth road. My creative outlet has always allowed me to unwind/remind me that there is so much to be thankful for each day. I would say a challenge for me is that I am my own worst critic (getting better at that and not being so hard on myself).

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Although my photography is a big part of my life and something I enjoy very much, it is not my full-time job. I have been working in the banking industry for 15 years, and it is a career that I continue to enjoy/learn something new each day.

Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
I have loved watching my hometown of Raleigh grow over the years! So many awesome companies, local businesses, restaurants, parks/greenways, and so much more! There is so much to do and see. Excited for what is ahead in Raleigh!
