Hi Cindy, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My career started by working aside a few of the very best dental offices in the Triangle. Later, I became a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and acquired over 15 successful years of marketing, revenue growth, and community relations experience.
I am passionate and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, unique marketing strategies, and negotiation expertise that supports my clients’ best interests. Being a lifelong Wake County resident, I have kept up with the growth and changes in the different communities in North Carolina. I take pride in making sure my clients find the “perfect fit” of a home for their family and also help find the smartest deal when making this important life decision. From first-time home buyers, savvy investors, vacation properties to young families and retiring couples, I have the required wisdom to deal with their many different needs.

New for 2021, I partnered my real estate business with The W Group and nationally soaring company, eXp Realty!
The W Group team specializes in relocation to the Raleigh/Triangle area and provides a wealth of resources to accommodate every client’s needs. Along with relocation support, I also put focus on all price range single-family and multi-family properties, condo/townhome communities, luxury home sales, waterfront properties, development projects, new construction, and investment opportunities.
I am very proud to work among the best top producers in our state and nationwide.
What makes you happy?
From a business perspective, I am fueled by “Value.”
Value is the importance, worth, or usefulness of something. Thriving while in negotiation and aspiring to help my clients get the best value possible when buying and/or selling their homes is what will always keep me smiling. If you ask any of my friends or family, they will quickly explain that my skill to negotiate and get a “good deal” is unmatched.
On a more personal note, you will often find me happily exploring new local restaurants and charming small towns in NC, spending time at Lake Gaston, kayaking, and boating. 🙂
