Community Highlights: Meet Percy Hinnant of Beyond Blessed Always

Today we’d like to introduce you to Percy Hinnant.

Hi Percy, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Growing up, I always had a heart of gold. No matter who you were, I always did my best to help others. Back in 2018, God gave me a vision of starting my own fashion company called Beyond Blessed Always. I didn’t take the chance at first because I was afraid to because I didn’t know what was going to happen. One month later, I took a leap of faith and started Beyond Blessed Always. Ever since then, my life has changed due to blessing others and staying humble. My motto is “Blessed to be a blessing to others” and I truly stand by that everyday. I love seeing others represent something much more than just the Christian clothing brand. God is love and he has taught me so many lessons while helping others. Every design is its own testimony and I am 100% sure that it makes people happy being a part of the Beyond Blessed Always family. I love building connections with others and inspiring them to follow their dreams no matter what. If I did not take the leap of faith, I don’t know where I would be. I am truly thankful for the support over the years. Great things are on the way for sure just always remember you have to stay humbled each and every day of your life. Trust the process and watch how blessed your life will become.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
We all have challenges every day in our lives. That’s part of the process of finding your purpose. One of my earlier challenges was being consistent with running Beyond Blessed Always and working my 9-5 job. It seemed like there was never enough time to fully work the business because I always had something come up. Another one was the delivery time. Having to use a third party starting out really kind of hindered me from getting my products delivered in time. Once Covid happened, everything slowed down. So I invested in myself and bought all the equipment I needed to make sure that all my products was shipped in a good time. Another big struggle that I had to get over was being upset if a friend or family member did not support my vision. I had to learn that some won’t see what you see but there are others that will. That’s why I love meeting strangers because they will become you biggest clients and even sometimes become a great friend.

As you know, we’re big fans of Beyond Blessed Always. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Beyond Blessed Always was created to spread love to each and every person I can reach. We are one of many Christian brands but we are unique in many ways. I am not just trying to sell a product and never speak to you again but to build a relationship with you. Every design comes from the heart and no matter what you are going through, our shirts will show you that you are not alone. We all go through hard times and sometimes you feel alone but know your not. We specialize in shirts but we also can do sweatshirts, hoodies, hats, and more. We cater to all ages, all race, male or female, we have something for you. One of my proudest moments is when one of my clients came to me and told me that one of my shirts save their life. That showed me that what I design really will help you. That’s my motivation to create unique designs that will save or change someone’s life forever. People all over has order from California all the way to Singapore. Beyond Blessed Always is one of a kind Christian brand that I hope will spread more joy, more love and more blessings.

Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
I don’t believe in luck. I believe in prayer and blessings. We all have a part to play in this world and some receive their blessing before others. But we are all blessed. Your time will come just like mine will but it is on God’s time, not ours. When you stay obedient and humble, things happen for the better.
