Conversations with Dr. Ceandra Dilley

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Ceandra Dilley.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Inspire for Purpose was not born in a boardroom or even started as a business. It was born in moments of frustration mixed with fear, confusion, and imposter syndrome, which tried to suffocate my dreams and drain life out of me. I kept thinking: How many more women are out there sitting on gifts they haven’t activated?
It started as a single conversation, a simple idea to create a platform where women could get clear about their fear and move forward into their purpose. That vision became the catalyst for Girls with Gigs, a movement designed to help women turn their skills into income, influence, and impact. No gatekeeping. No confusion. Just clarity, strategy, and a community built for action.

For years, I watched women show up for everybody except themselves. Brilliant women. Gifted women. Women carrying degrees, skills, stories, and ideas that had the power to change their lives, yet they were still playing small, second-guessing their value, or waiting for permission to step into rooms they were born to lead.
And every time I helped a woman negotiate her worth, rewrite her story, or see her brilliance, something in me settled. It felt like purpose finding its home. What began as small, one client, one message, one breakthrough, quickly grew into something unstoppable. Women who once doubted their abilities were now launching businesses, negotiating salaries, mastering their branding, and building the confidence to finally step into the spotlight.

This platform is not just about services; it’s about a shift. A mindset, confidence, and generational shift. Girls With Gigs was created for the woman who is tired of dreaming and ready to move. For the woman who’s been the backbone of everyone else’s vision and is finally ready to build her own. For the woman who knows she has something to offer but needs strategy, clarity, and confidence to make it happen.
Today, Inspire for Purpose’s Girls With Gigs platform stands as a disruptor: a bold, faith-infused legacy builder for women who refuse to apologize for their power, potential, or purpose. It exists because when God gives you vision, you build boldly, and we’re just getting started. Because when purpose meets action, the world has no choice but to make room.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has not been a smooth ride, only because I had to deal with my own inner critic and get rid of the imposter syndrome that was threatneing to steal my joy and livelihood each day. My faith kept me grounded to make it to the other side of healing, acceptance and increased self worth.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I specialize in helping women unlock their purpose, activate their gifts, and move from hesitation to execution. Through my platforms, Inspire for Purpose and Girls With Gigs, I equip, empower, and aid in the execution of helping women get clarity, improve confidence, and discover and implement strategies they need to turn their skills into income, influence, and impact. My work blends purpose, psychology, servant leadership, and faith-driven action to create real, measurable transformation in women’s lives.

Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
Friends and family stood by me. My good friend Nadean Barton was always there to help me in every way possible. Kind words, physical labor in the business (marketing and branding materials). She has been pivotal in my life.
