Today we’d like to introduce you to Jenna Caputo.
Hi Jenna, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers?
I jumped into a network marketing company 4.5 years ago. I started as just a customer and fell in love with the products and realized the opportunity I had available was one I could not pass up! At the time, I was working full time as a Director of Activities in Skilled Nursing, while also bartending at night and on the weekends!
I became completely burned out from the corporate world and knew that there had to be something better. I began to learn about social media marketing, started to build a successful team in my company, and was getting offered brand deals within the first few months into my business! After just a few months into network marketing, I left my 9-5 corporate job and was able to go full-time with the network marketing company.
I started to see true success in the business and earned my first few trips, got inducted into the motor club program, and became an emerging founder. My influencer business has never been better and continues to grow daily! I recently ventured into vlogging/blogging and created my own website as well as a YouTube channel!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
This journey has not been smooth but I have learned so much along the way. Some of the struggles I’ve had in my business so far were having to rebuild my organization, feeling like I wanted to give up, and not seeing growth with my Instagram page!
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I am a full-time network marketing professional with the company MONAT Global!
I specialize in anti-aging beauty and wellness products. I’m known for my fashion sense, my love for traveling, and my work ethic! I’m proud of the platform I have built through social media! Between Instagram, TikTok, and now YouTube, there’s so much to learn and continue growing my influence!
I feel that I set myself apart from others because I am selflessly me. I am not scared of others’ opinions and I share the real and raw with people. That is how people relate the most and build trust!
How do you define success?
I believe success is different for everyone, but for me, I feel as though I am successful in what I’ve achieved so far in my company.
I have earned 8 incentive trips in just four years, I drive a company car that is paid for monthly, and I finally have time freedom that I have always dreamed of. I also have built my career up enough to continue to work remotely and eventually be a stay-at-home mom.
