Exploring Life & Business with Beth Rojas of Daisy Bus Balloons

Today we’d like to introduce you to Beth Rojas.

Hi Beth, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I got my start in balloon décor through my party entertainment business, Kathi’s Klowns, and it really took off during Covid. I had taken a few balloon classes at conventions just to learn something new, never expecting it to become a big part of my work. But, when parties came to a halt, I started creating small, no-contact yard balloon displays to help families celebrate safely. I quickly realized how much I loved it! The décor side of the business grew so much that in 2024, I decided to give it its own identity and that’s how Daisy Bus Balloons was born.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Of course, there were some growing pains as the business evolved. I’ve always loved the creative side, designing, learning new techniques, and bringing ideas to life. But, balancing both the balloon décor and entertainment sides was a challenge. Thankfully, I’ve brought on some incredibly talented helpers, and now things are running smoothly!

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Daisy Bus Balloons grew out of such an unexpected place. What started as a small pivot during Covid turned into something I truly love. I began with simple, no-contact balloon displays when parties couldn’t happen, and I discovered how much joy and creativity balloons bring to people’s lives.

Now, Daisy Bus Balloons has grown into a business that helps people celebrate life’s special moments in a big, colorful way. I love being able to take someone’s vision and turn it into something magical. It’s been a journey, and there were definitely growing pains along the way, but seeing the smiles, the reactions, and the memories my work helps create makes it all worth it.

At its heart, Daisy Bus Balloons is about spreading happiness and that’s something I’m really proud of!

We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
I’m not sure I’d call it luck, but I really do feel like I’m where I’m supposed to be. Somehow, when I’m stressing about work or wondering how things will come together, they just… do. Don’t get me wrong, running a business takes a lot of hard work and dedication, but I genuinely feel like the universe is on my side.
