Today we’d like to introduce you to Justyz Gibson

Justyz, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
For me it all started in 2018, when the Lord gave me the vision for a youth conference. My current Vice President (N’Ryah Sutton) had the same dream and vision. It was confirmation. We begin working and planning after talking with my Pastor, Bishop Stenneth Powell Sr.! We had a plan and we then were put on a pause under obedience and submission to the Holy Spirit and then due to covid-19 pandemic. During the pandemic the Lord was able to mature and grow me to then once ready, be re-released after conversing with my Pastor. The vision was much more needed for youth at the time of re-release!

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Nobody told me the road would be easy, because it’s ministry but through faith we have trusted in Jesus Christ to see us through. Listening to the voice of Holy Spirit and wise counsel, we have learned to assess and reassess the different situations that come our way!

We’ve been impressed with Generation Now Inc., but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We are a Kingdom youth ministry organization that is designed to build up the young believer in Christ and with the mission to also provide community for youth, teen and young adult believers, by abiding our ministry scripture 1 Timothy 4:12.

Have you learned any interesting or important lessons due to the Covid-19 Crisis?
I have learned that youth want God. There just needs to be proper outlets to provide the community in which they seek. We can’t lose our advocacy for youth having a personal relationship with christ ! We need each other more than we know .
