I’ve always been the person people come to when they’re lost in the details. This includes paperwork, housing issues, forms, deadlines, all the things that can stop you in your tracks. For my family and the people around me, I’ve always been the one who could look at a situation, break it down, and guide them through it. Over time, I realized that this wasn’t just something I could do; it was something I was built for.
I also saw a real gap in the community. A lot of people need help, but the services that exist are either too expensive, too hard to access, or too disconnected from real life. People weren’t lacking motivation. They were lacking direction, clarity, and someone to walk with them. That’s when the idea for Collins Services Group really started to take shape.
When I created CSG, I built it around the idea of navigation because we are helping people find their way when life gets confusing. The compass became our symbol because that’s exactly what we aim to be: steady, reliable, and clear. Whether someone is struggling with housing, starting a business, managing paperwork, or supporting a senior family member, they deserve guidance that points them toward their next step instead of leaving them stuck.
What started with me helping a few people one-on-one has grown into a service built on compassion, clarity, and practical direction. Every client, every situation, every challenge is a reminder that sometimes all someone needs is a guide; someone who can help them steady themselves and figure out where to go next.
That’s how we got here: one person at a time, one situation at a time, using that same compass-driven approach that’s always been a part of who I am.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
We’re still very new, so the journey has definitely come with its share of learning curves. Starting out, one of the biggest challenges has been building everything from the ground up: systems, processes, pricing, outreach, all of it. When you’re a new business, you wear every hat at once, and that can be overwhelming at times.
Another challenge has been awareness. A lot of people need the kind of support we offer, but they’ve never heard of a service like this before. So part of the work has been educating the community about what we do and showing people that help like this does exist and doesn’t have to be expensive or intimidating.
Despite the bumps, every step has been worth it. The positive feedback, the people we’ve been able to help, and the trust we’re building keep me motivated. Being new means we’re still growing, still adapting, and still figuring out what works best. That also means there’s so much room for impact, and that’s what keeps the road moving forward.

One of the biggest things I’m excited about is our upcoming website update. We’re redesigning it to function more like a true “navigation hub” with clearer pathways, easier booking options, and a layout that reflects the way we guide clients in real life. My goal is for people to feel supported the moment they land on the site.
We’re also planning to expand our existing Navigation Programs in a way that keeps them focused but more refined. As we continue working with clients, we see where the biggest needs are, and we’re shaping our programs around those patterns so we can offer even more clarity and direction.
Beyond that, I’m looking forward to building stronger community partnerships and creating more awareness about the kind of support we offer. A lot of people still don’t know that services like ours exist. Especially ones that are affordable and hands-on so continued outreach is a big part of the future.
We’re still new, but the vision is clear. Everything we do moving forward is centered around our compass theme, helping people steady themselves, find their direction, and move forward with confidence. The changes coming are all about growth, clarity, and making CSG an even stronger guide for the people who rely on us.
